All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Vacuum Sealing machines are covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty. Any repairs or exchanges on defective equipment is handled directly by the manufacturer. If you are dissatisfied with a sealing machine and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Any returned vacuum sealing machines are subject to a restocking fee.
